Drop in interest rate

I have recently been looking at my current interest rate on my home loan (4.75%) and found it to be significantly higher than what is being offered to new customers and with other lenders. Any chance of dropping it so it is more competitive? Otherwise I'll be looking at taking my banking to another institution

Cheers

Hi @Sallydeaconrowe, I'd really like to look into this for you. For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account details via the forum, so we'd need to speak with  you over the phone. If you can pop me an email on forum@bankwest.com.au, and include your full name, forum username and contact number, I'll arrange for a specialist to call you so we can discuss your options. Thanks!
