Dear Bankwest Management,
I have just spoken to a close family friend who banks with NAB and he is a first time home buyer who fixed his home loan with NAB and when his 2 year fixed term loan expire recently. NAB offered to fixed his loan at 3.75% for the next 2 years and gave him 250,000 velocity points. And he was really glad and told me NAB has just paid for his honeymoon trip to Europe, guess he will be a loyal customer to NAB for many years to come.
I am feeling a bit disappointed with Bankwest now, guess my years of banking with Bankwest has been taken for granted who has removed the 50,000 the Qantas points offer because I am an existing customer who signed up for the complete home loan package.
I am currently in discussion with NAB who are really keen and enthusiastic to sign me on with them for my 2nd house loan of $360,000 ( which I initially planned to fiance with Bankwest ) and provide me with a lower fixed rate and 250,000 velocity points. Will move my fixed loan in a couple of years over to NAB if Bankwest does not appreciate their existing customers.
It is such a pity because I have been banking with Bankwest for many years and enjoy working with Adele Pezzotta Home Loan Specialist
