Calls backs

One very irritated customer:
When I'm told 2days for a call back on something I ask you to list as urgent, I expect no more than 2days. We are now up to 4 and still counting, further calls to your department have been futile- you advising me they are too busy to answer!?!?!!!
Your service is very sub-standard. If there are so many people banking with you that you can't cover each of their needs, but happily accept large amounts of interest and won't allow loans to be transfered to other banks- YOU NEED MORE STAFF!!!!
This is truely absurd.
