Now that we've put a deposit down on a property we can't get in contact with her. We've tried calling and emailing several times over the last couple of weeks but to no avail.
We've also tried starting from scratch and requesting someone call us through the BankWest website and every time it says someone will be in touch within one business day but we're yet to receive any contact.
Has anyone else experienced these issues with BankWest before?

Sorry to hear this @Delbean. This is certainly not the type of experience we want any of our customers to have. Especially during such an exciting yet sometimes stressful time of buying a house. If you could let me know via private message on the Forum who you've been dealing with and your full name/contact number I'll look into this ASAP.
