before travelling to Dubai I reset the password on my card. Now I am here the new pin does not seem to work. I tried resetting the PIN but my phone is not receiving the SMS code. Can the code be sent to an email address instead of the mobile numbers.

You can access messaging by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Message us now".
