Had the same problem today, November 20 2019. Called suggested number, went through many pre recorded messages before talking to a representative who simply indicated there is nothing that can be done while I am overseas. Need to ask for the SMS to be removed from within Australia.
Tried message us now, waited 40minutes and did not recieve a response.
The bank need to recognise that thay have clients overseas and not only living in Western Asutralia
