i am trying to transfer funds from an overseas bank account and i have entered all the details correctly SWIFT Code etc but the BSB i entered 306089 which is correct is being rejected by my overseas bank (Standard bank Isle of man) I have transferred funds before and this has never happened?

Hi @16558706, sorry to hear you're having some trouble with this. I can confirm that this is a valid BSB, so I'm not too sure why this would not be accepted.
To receive funds into your account from overseas, you'll need to provide the below information:
- Bank: Bankwest
- Your BSB and Account Number
- BIC/SWIFT Code: BKWAAU6P
- Your full name and street address (cannot be a PO Box)
I'd also like to remind you a $10 Inward Order Payment fee is charged for each deposit received from overseas.
If this transfer is still not successful, it would be best to follow up with the sending bank and ensure they have our SWIFT listed in their system, and that all other details are correct.
