got a problem with my account funds very quickly reducing to debt like the funds are being drained even though im not sure where its going and its not showing up as transaction history got a promo deal from paramount songs and still cant access the dissapearing funds seems an awfull waste of my good time and hard work of 12 or more years of writing

Hi @charles, this is certainly something that can be looked into for you. Via the Forum we are unable to view your details to confirm what is happening, however you can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen and discuss this with a consultant between 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday AWST. Alternatively, you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week to have this looked into. Thank you.
