incompetance

so i am trying to buy tickets whilst overseas and even though i have spoken to bankwest on two occasions while i was still in Australia explaining to them that i will be overseas and will not have my phone number i am being asked for the SMS good one bankwest now i have a ticket to a country i do not have a ticket to the festival.

i cannot call your number because my phone does not recognise it.

and to top it all off you do not have a live help desk online seriously Bankwest you are not the bank i joined as a child when you were the Rural and Inductries Bank of Western Australia and will look at my options when i return to Australia.

can anyone help or is this just another PR fest for the corprate sector?
