bankwest disaster

Hi,

Just having the usuall stuff up with Bankwest,  i am holidaying in Thailand and informed Bankwest that i was going away and requested that they change my password reset to secret questions as i will not be taking my phone.

Now i am blocked off and cannot reset because they want to send me an sms to verify.  Now i have no money in a foregn land.  Any ideas please.

Hey Bankwest,

When i get home i am taking my investment funds and banking totally away from your incompetance.

I have better things to do on holiday than get messed up by you.  Thank goodness due to past stuff ups i have an AMEX card and a Woolworths Patainum card which always work when you do this to me and my wife.
