I am now based in the uk and need to transfer the rest of my Aussie dollars across. I cannot do this becuase of the sms code security, I placed a request for a call back and have heard nothing. I have tried to communicate via facebook with no response. Everything that I can possbibly do without having access for making an overseas call and everything has failed up to this point. Why is it so hard? The online messaging service isnt live. What else can I do. How hard it it to talk to someone????
