Sorry to hear you're having some trouble using your card @Shellc69 .

We're unable to view your account via the Forum, though if you have access to your registered Australian mobile while you're away, you can update you PIN via your Online Banking (Full Site) to ensure this is working for you. A text message is required to complete the process, so if you don't have your phone on roaming, please Contact Us to discuss your options.
