My partner cannot use his mastercard whilst we are currently overseas. It keeps declining, even though we notified we would be using it.
Neither of us have the bankwest app on our phone and now we cannot download it as it says it's not available in this country - seriously this is pretty useless when logging normally in on our phone has the bare minimum access to our online banking.
I also believe I've been over charged on a booking that I booked a few months ago, again due to the minimum access enabled when logging in on a phone I cannot view far enough back to check my transactions.
We cannot make or receive calls currently - how do I contact to get this rectified asap?? we are in a serious predicament regarding money required for our travel and cannot even use the online bank mail!

Hi @Ssmith, sorry to hear this. May I ask if your partner is selecting the credit option? (Savings and Cheque will not work while overseas) Our mobile app is not available on all app stores but if you have the Australian app store you should be able to download it there. Seen you can't call, if you have access to online banking on a computer you can live chat with our team or send a bankmail message so our team can help.
