Hi @Aznutta, sorry to hear this.

For security purposes it would be best to place a temporary hold on the card in question, to ensure that it cannot be used any further without your knowledge or consent.

I'm not sure if you are aware, but if you have the most updated version of the Bankwest Mobile App, you can now place a temporary hold on your card via the "Manage" tab of the account once you have selected it from the list. This is a new feature, so it is only available on the most recent versions of the app.

If you're unable to do this, via the Forum we are unable to view your full details though we can arrange a hold on the card for you. Can you please confirm your full name, and the last 4 digits of the card number (if known) or the colour of the card to Forum@Bankwest.com.au?

Alternatively, you can login to Online Banking and select the "Message us Now" button on screen and discuss this with a consultant at any time. They'll also be able to chat to you about the dispute process, and options relating to a new card, or temporary card via Mastercard International.

Let me know.
