Travel insurance eligibility

I’ve booked a flight to London on points but have to buy the return flight myself, can I still be eligible for travel insurance if I use my platinum card to buy the return ticket? I have also used it for accomodation expenses and will probably use it for some shorter but still international flights as well.

Travelling is great.And when you can get some money by just clicking your phone,i really like it.

That's the whole freedome.
