Hi I am currently overseas and for several weeks I have been transferring funds to a different bank but have been unable to do so now for two days I was wondering if there is an issue with my account

Hi @Sillybasket, I'm sorry to hear you're unable to process transfers through your Online Banking and can appreciate your concern.
If you can click on the 'Message us Now' button if you're logged in using a PC or laptop, or the 'Ask Us' button at the bottom of the menu in our app, we can take a look into this for you. I do apologise, though I'm unable to see your accounts via the Forum.
If you're unable to log in, please give us a call on +61 8 9486 4130 from a landline overseas. This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through to +61 8 9486 4130. Please note: we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
