Hi
I found some money lost on my transcation list and uploaded a post two days ago.
I tried to fax the completed transcation dispute form in Korea but unfortunately its not possible for me to do a international fax. So i was wondering if it is okay to scan the completed transaction form and send it to e-mail.
Or else, is there any other ways i can do this?
Thank you.

Hi @axelpenzoap, for security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum, so we'd need to speak with you over the phone on 13 17 19 or via live chat to assist with this. You can access live chat during WA business hours by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Chat now".

Thanks for your question @Ibrahim, you can scan the completed form and return it to us via Bankmail. You can access Bankmail by logging into online banking via http://Bankwest.com.au and selecting "Message centre" from the left hand menu, and then "Bankmail".
