Hi @dordrag68, you can send this to us via Bankmail in online banking. To access Bankmail you'll need to log into online banking using a computer and select "message centre" from the left hand menu. Thanks!

Hi, I need to submit a form on a dispute transaction, where can I get the form and submit online?  I did not purchase anything from my credit card yesterday 08Sep2017.  FYI, I've select "message centre" but can't find the said on-line transaction.  Please assist ASAP.

Hi Rosy@07, I'm sorry to hear that you are needing to dispute a transaction. You will be able to obtain and print the form here. Details on How to dispute a transaction are available via this previous Forum post, including how to send the form back. Hope this helps!

Hey Chris, if you log back into your online banking and hit the 'Message us now' button (or the 'Ask us' button if using our app) we can look into this further for you. We're unable to see your accounts through the Forum I'm sorry.
