I receive sms pin for certain transactions, but unfortunately I did not activate international roaming and I am overseas currently. Is there a way to turn off the sms validation temporarily. Thanks in advance..

i have been overseas since the start of this year.
I have put down on the online overseas form until May but extended to december 2019. Now i cant pay anything with my card.
They want to send me a SMS, but i changed my phone number to my overseas and dont have access to my Australian number. I asked them to update my phone number but i dont think it happened.
Basically i just want to acces my money and use my card to pay overseas.
