I am currently living in the UK. Occaisionally I will make transfers from my Australian bankwest account to my UK account. I wish to stop paying for an Australian mobile phone plan that is no longer in use, however I have had to keep this because Bankwest requires me to confirm with SMS everytime I need to make an international transfer (I have a PAN but this has no impact on these transaction types).
Is there a way I can opt. out of SMS and make international transfers without having to keep my Australian phone plan? This is frustrating to say the least.

Hi @nmahoney161, while you're unable to process International Money Transfers over online banking without receiving an SMS code, you can print and complete an IMT form and return it to us via Bankmail for us to process these transfers for you. You can view the form and details of this here: https://www.bankwest.com.au/personal/payments-services/moving-your-money/international-payments
Please note that if you do choose to complete the form, the fees may differ from online banking fees - these are listed on the above link. Thanks ^Lynds
