I have forgotten my BOB password and cannot log into it. It is telling me that I have to reset the password. However I am in the USA until mid-August and do not have access to international calls to phone to do this. I do not have a smart phone so cannot receive an SMS. I wanted to send an email, however I see that emails can only be sent from within BOB. Not much help when the problem is logging into BOB!!!!
How can I get this fixed without international phone access?

Hi Maurice, for security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over email, which is why our secure email service is located in BOB.
If you're unable to receive an SMS code to reset your secure code, we'd need to speak with you over the phone. You can call us from overseas on +61 8 9486 4130. This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through to +61 8 9486 4130. Please note: we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
