I have moved to England for six months. I moved here three weeks ago. Prior to moving I contacted Bankwest to advise them that I would be living overseas for the six months and requested that the SMS security code be lifted during this time so that I could make payments to 'anybody' while overseas. I just tried to make a new payment to a new account that I have not paid before and it wouldn't allow me to do so due to the SMS code being lifted. I am just wondering what I needs do to fix this so that I can make this payment ASAP. I have also been calling the number listed on the website for international callers to get help however the number just rings out. If someone could please reply ASAP that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @jaimebarry, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. If you could try this international number +61 8 9486 4130 our team can look to ensure secret questions are set up etc so you're able to make these payments and transfers while you're overseas. Thanks!
