I want to insure for a pre existing medical condition through my Platinum card travel insurance I did this last year and had to pay approx $140 This year i received a email informing me that i should not have paid that fee and only paid a book keeping fee and was given a refund

I want to re insure my pre existing again this year How do i go about insuring and not having to pay the full fee

Hi @aekara21, as the insurance is not provided directly through Bankwest, you'd need to speak with Allianz Assist to arrange this. You can phone them on 1800 785 918 to discuss your options. Thanks!
