I have recently paid off a portion of my holiday overseas. The amount has already been debited out of my account on the 24th April however there is still a similar amount which is being held as 'Authorisation Only' for the same company. I have emailed them and they have informed me that this has to do with my bank and not with the company. This amount has been held since the 19th April and I though if I waited a few days then it would be released back into my account but this has not happened yet.
Can you pleae help me with this.
