Hi @13roisin, thanks for your question! The best way to arrange for a statement to be issued to an overseas address would be to give us a call or live chat with us. You can access live chat during WA business hours by logging into online banking via a computer, and selecting the orange "Chat now" button. Alternatively you can call us on 13 17 19 from Australia or from overseas on +61 8 9486 4130. This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through to +61 8 9486 4130. Please note: we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
Please note that statements being sent overseas will take longer to arrive, and postage times will depend on which country it's being sent to. If you have access to a printer while overseas however, you can download and print an eStatement from online banking, eStatements are simply an electronic version of the paper statements we send and do not differ in any way - so this may be the quickest option for you. Thanks :-)
