I'm overseas and want to make sure I don't get locked out of my account. Can I email the bank and tell them I'm away? Or do I have to call? With different time zones, are there certain times I have to call?

Hi @Davidlavery, a very handy question!
For security reasons via the Forum we won't be able to view your profile to add any travel information I'm sorry, however you don't necessarily have to call either.
You can complete a Travel Notification in your Online Banking, via the "Self Service > Going Overseas" Tab. Alternatively, you can add this through the "International > Going Overseas" tab on the Mobile App. This will instantly upload the details to your customer profile and ensure ease of use on your accounts whilst you are away It's only if you wish to place an exemption on the SMS Code security whilst you're away that you'd need to call the Contact Centre, however you can do this 24/7.
Hope this helps, and have a safe trip!
