For security reasons via the Forum we won't be able to view your profile to add this information I'm sorry @Noreenhall , though you can complete a Travel Notification in your Online Banking, via the "Self Service > Going Overseas" Tab. Alternatively, you can add this through the "International > Going Overseas" tab on the Mobile App. This will instantly upload the details to your customer profile and ensure ease of use on your accounts whilst you are away
