Online Banking

I am an Overseas resident.  I have been locked out of Online Banking and when I tried to change my password, I was advised I would receive a code by SMS.  This has not been received as I have a UK mobile and you may not be using the countryt code.  Cost of call from UK is prohibitive as it is a lengthy process to get to speak to the right person.  I have emailed twice but no response received. Help!

Hi @Retb48 to get you back into your online banking, we'll first need to verbally ID you over the phone. 

Our Contact Centre is available on +61 8 9449 2840 using a landline, mobile or Skype - please note that standard international call/Skype rates will apply.


Alternatively, if you call +61 8 9486 4130 using a landline, you can reverse the charges. You would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, so keep in mind that we are unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator. Calling this number will jump you to the front of the queue so you won't experience much of a wait time. Our Contact Centre is available at any time for your convenience.


In regard to the SMS Code, you're not receiving these as they can only be sent to Australian mobile numbers I'm sorry. ^Meg
