November 2019 overseas fees

Hi, I know this question has been answered many times but I want to make sure the information is current as I am travelling overseas in November.

I have a Platinum MasterCard Credit Card with a $6000 limit.

If I pay whatever is owing on the account and deposit $500 into this account so the account is in surplus what would the fees cost if I withdraw £ or € up to $500 from an overseas ATM?

Also what bank atms should I use, are any overseas ATMs owned or associated with Bankwest?
