On the 30th of January I transferred the money I had in my bankwest account to my English account as I was leaving Australia that day. I have a Transfer receipt saying that it was complete and that the money would be in my English account within 3-5 working days. I have just got home from a month in Thailand and having checked my English account, no money from my Bankwest has gone in. I tried logging into online banking for my bankwest account to see if my money had bounced back for whatever reason but it wont allow me to log in as it says there is an error with my PAN number. Just wondering if anybody has any idea what could be going on as now im back in England it will prove more difficult to resolve I imagine, thanks.
