my phone operator from the Netherlands does not offer a collect call service. I want to get in touch with you about closing my bank account that I opened when I lived down under 5 years ago. I already called once, but did not have all the necessary info to ID over the phone with me. This 8 minute phone call cost me more than what is probably left in the account. Is it possible to schedule an appointment in which you call me, keeping in mind the time zones?

Hi Tychovdm, while we can't set up a phone appointment, we can do this over online banking for you if you still have access, by using our online messaging service,
You can access messaging during WA business hours by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Message us now".
