I am a NZ citizen who lived and worked in WA for nearly 40 years.
Now I have retired and returned to NZ to live and be near family.
I wish to transfer my lump sum super from my Bankwest account to my NZ bank account to purchase property.
I have filled in an international transfer form but received a response that I do not qualify for RTGS and should go to my local Bankwest. I tried to resubmit with an explanation but I it bounced back each time.
I thought it must be because my account still had my WA address so yesterday I changed that by phone, downloaded and filled in a new form and sent it to IMT.retail etc. So frustrated and disappointed this morning to have it bounce back again! !
I have to pay the outstanding amount by end of November so I am getting very anxious.

Hi @Dragonfly345, thanks for your question. For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal information over Facebook, so we'd need to speak with you over the phone or live chat to look into why this is happening.
You can call us from overseas on +61 8 9486 4130. This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through to +61 8 9486 4130. Please note: we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
Alternatively if you can access online banking via a computer you can live chat with us. You can access live chat during WA business hours by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Chat to us now".
