International receipt

I am trying to setup my Neteller account for withdrawls and need the following information (I have been unsucessful thus far so I must have something incorrect):


  • Full Name*
  • IBAN (international bank account number)
  • Swift (BIC) code
  • Bank name
  • Bank city 
  • Bank country
  • Bank account currency

Hi @Sam3217, here in Australia we don't use the IBAN system, so you would enter your BSB & Account number in this field. Bankwest's SWIFT code is BKWAAU6P.

The bank city would depend on where you opened your account (eg: where in Australia you were located). I hope this helps.
