I'm trying to contact you from overseas on my cell, and your phone service does not accept entries from any of my multiple phones, in order to select a menu item. The menu continues non-stop and does not redirect me to an agent. I need to contact the bank urgently and this does not appear possible.

Hi @koncean, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. If you have access to online banking you can log in via a computer to send us a bankmail message or live chat. Alternatively have you tried our international number which is +61 8 9449 2840

I can also confirm that keypad entries do not work when dialling Bankwest (on +61 9449 2840) internationally. I have tried from two different phones and there is no response when pressing any button. Basically you have to wait until it drops you through the first two menus to get an automatic transfer to someone.
