I'm trying to contact you from overseas on my cell, and your phone service does not accept entries from any of my multiple phones, in order to select a menu item. The menu continues non-stop and does not redirect me to an agent. I need to contact the bank urgently and this does not appear possible.

I can also confirm that keypad entries do not work when dialling Bankwest (on +61 9449 2840) internationally. I have tried from two different phones and there is no response when pressing any button. Basically you have to wait until it drops you through the first two menus to get an automatic transfer to someone.
