I'm currently overseas and forgotten my login details and unable to login online as I have registered for SMS reset.

Unfortunately as I am in the UK have no way to do this via that process. Is there a way I can get a call back from a representative to sort this out? I'm worried that if I am using my card this may get blocked as I am currently overseas and I am unable to login online and manage my account

For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum, so we're unable to assist in resetting your secure code. While I can certainly arrange a call, I can't guarantee that it would be today that we can call, however you can call us from overseas on +61 8 9486 4130. This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through to +61 8 9486 4130. Please note: we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.

If you're unable to call us, please send me through an email to with your full name, contact number (including any area or country codes), and your forum username. Please also include your current location and the best time during WA business hours for us to call. Thanks!
