I have two fraudulent transactions on my account which I notified Bankwest about as soon as I was aware of them. They have sent me a transactions dispute form via e-mail, and told me to fax it back to them.
I am in Malaysia where it was a public holiday Monday, and yesterday being Australia Day, I tried to find a place to send a fax internationally this morning with no luck. I have sent the form via a E-fax website that confirms I successfully transmitted the form this afternoon.
Is there some way of getting a confirmation that Bankwest has recieved the disupute form, and to let me know that they are investigating the two fraudulent transactions on my account.
As you can imagine, being in a foreign country with no access to funds can be quite daunting and stressful. I would like to know ASAP that Bankwest has the information needed to investigate the problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

Hi @laluoo7, for security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum, however if you log into online banking using a computer, you can select the orange "chat now" button to speak to us via live chat. Alternatively we'd need to speak with you over the phone to look into this.
