IB payment

What does it mean if in transaction history it says IB payment but money hasn't arrived to the smdesignated account

Hey @Michelle95, thanks for reaching out.

 

Transfers from one bank to another can take up to 3 business days to arrive and clear. If you can see the IB Payment has left your Bankwest account but hasn't arrived into the recipient account, it just means that it hasn't yet arrived, or hasn't yet been processed/cleared.

In future, if funds are transferred via PayID (the New Faster Payments Platform), it'll arrive within 1 business day for the first transfer, and near instant for subsequent transfers. This link may help with more information regarding transfers from Bankwest, though please note that we have no control over incoming payments. We will process a payment on the same business day it arrives to us.
