I need Bankwest to contact me as the Personal Banking will not accept my password that I have not changed, just that Bankwest refuse to recognise.
I have spent a long time on phone using a phone card and borrowed phone listening to voice prompts and waiting, only to be cut off.
Discussion panel person would not assist me.
This has happened before with Bankwest.
Bankwest need to change and drastically improve contact by clients who are overseas.
Sitting in a wait line endlessly, only to be cut off is not good.
