Hi I have blocked my online banking as I forgot the password. how do I go about reseting it from overseas?

This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through to +61 8 9486 4130. Please note: we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.

I had to reset my online code last week and had a stressful time trying to get it reset as I was down to my last $200 and it was just before the Easter weekend started. The code was only reset after I'd made several calls pleading for it to be reset and as a last resort I finally asked who I could make a complaint to. I was then put straight through to a supervisor who agreed to reset the password.
I was so relieved when I finally got the code reset that I forgot to reset the code BankWest had provided and I subsequently managed to lock myself out again. So now I'm back to square one and after two long phone calls I've been told I have to wait for someone from BankWest to call me back. I was also told that BankWest are unable to give me a timeframe for when my code will be reset.

I've spoken to several people in BankWest already and have been told I can't be given a time when my password will be reset.
Instread BankWest has sent me an international transfer form, which I've been told I can use to transfer my money in my BankWest account into another Australian bank accout (which I am able to access online). I emailed the form to BankWest on Tuesday, 2 May. Someone called on Wednesday, 3 May at 8am (UK time) and my 12 year old answered the call. They said it was Bankwest and someone would call back. That was over 24 hours ago and no one has called back yet. I'm assuming it will be another 24 hours before anyone attempts to call me again.
Can you tell me how long BankWest take to process the international transfer form?
