How can I turn off the overseas debit card use as I am now back in Australia?

Ive informed Bankwest that I am going overseas and have to stop the SMS code as I won't have my phone on roaming. but now I'm back I'd like it stopped so I can do online banking from here... but I can't find it in the app

Hi @stopoverseas, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. Whilst you are certainly able to remove an SMS Exemption yourself, you would need to log in to your Online Banking via the full site. You can remove the exemption by selecting "My Details and Security > Security Settings" from the left side menu, and following the prompts. If for any reason you are unable to do this, you can call our Customer Help Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week. Thanks!
