From time to time you send me an SMS and require me to enter the security number you have sent in order to complete some online trasactions. While I am away in UK over the next several weeks, this won't work since I'll be using a different SIM. How do we resolve this?

Thanks for contacting us in regards to your trip over to the UK. While you're away we can set up an SMS exemption for you so you can still use online banking. To arrange this we will need to speak with you before you go on 13 17 19. If you're already overseas and need to set an SMS exemption up you can call us on our international number +61 8 9486 4130.
