I have the Qantas Transaction Account with a Platinum debit Mastercard. What fees will I be charged to take money out at an ATM abroad?

Hi @R0b, thanks for your enquiry. Our previous Forum post on How to use your card overseas outlines this information, which you should find useful A great feature of the Qantas Transaction account is that there are no overseas ATM Fees charged by Bankwest - you'd just need to check if the international bank charges a fee prior to finalising your withdrawal.
Also, don't forget to let us know of your travel plans, via the "Self Service > Going Overseas" Tab within your Online Banking. Alternatively, you can add this through the "International > Going Overseas" tab on the Mobile App. This will instantly upload the details to your customer profile and ensure ease of use on your accounts whilst you are away.
Hope this helps!

Based on the previous forum post mentioned and the fees and charges section of the product page (https://www.bankwest.com.au/personal/bank-accounts/qantas-rewards) it appears there is a 2.95% foreign currency fee for transactions and ATM withdrawrals.
Are there any plans to waive this fee as a feature for platinum debit card holders similar to how the fee is waived for plaitinum or world credit card holders? This and Apple Pay are the only sticking points with this otherwise great account.
