E statement overseas

Just wondering how I can get an e statement of the last 6 months emailed to me as I am overseas and cannot go to a branch. My internet banking e statement seems to miss my last two months of transactions which I need.

Hi @Brentn, thanks for getting in touch. Whilst we are unable to email statements, there are a couple of ways to obtain these, as below:

- Speak with our Contact Centre and request an "Interim Statement" be posted to you.

- You can request an up-to-date statement be generated and sent to you. If you're registered for eStatements, this would be available to view within your Online Banking the following day, and you can use previously issued statements to make up the required dates.

Please note that there may be fees involved for the posting of these. Whilst both of these statement types will show you all of the transactions on an account from the last statement issue date though until the request date, it's important to note that an up-to-date statement will change your next statement issue date, according to the current frequency in which these are received. Also, an Interim Statement can be issued via the post only, whilst an up-to-date statement is able to be sent via your Online Banking (if you're registered for eStatements).

To arrange this, you can call our Contact Centre on +61 8 9486 4130* from a landline overseas, or you can login to your Online from a PC and select the "Message us Now" tab at any time, they're available 24/7 for your convenience.

*This is a reverse charges number, though as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
