Dispute form - no response

Hello there

Dont know if someone can help out, I faxed my transaction dispute form a couple of months back now as per instructed from a phone call and had to cancel my card etc....but I havent heard anything back from anyone regarding my form and getting my stolen money back???

Is there an email address that I can ask?

Hi @Leanabagshaw, I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

We don't have a centralised email address, though you will be able to send a BankMail, via the "Message Centre" tab of your Online Banking. As we also can't use the Forum or general email as a means to confirm your identity - BankMail is a secure method of contact. As it's an "email" sent from your Online Banking, your ID is already verified Smiley Happy

 

Let me know once you have sent this through so that we can grab it and have our Chargebacks Team look into this for you ASAP.

 

Alternatively, you can log in to Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC, where our Online Team would be happy to help out at any time, 24/7.
