If you're registered with SMS Code security and are able to access to your Australian mobile, you will be able to make an International Money Transfer (IMT) within your Online Banking. This can be made via the full site from any of your Transaction accounts, up to $20,000 per day. You'll need the receiving account details and Bank Code, as well as the Bank name and address.
If you're not registered for SMS Code, you're still able to complete an IMT using International Transfer form, via this link. The completed form can be emailed directly to IMT.Retail@bankwest.com.au - who will contact you within three to five business days to confirm your identity and the details of the transfer. It's important that the contact number we can reach you on matches what is listed on your customer profile, so if you need to update this, please call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 at any time.
