Hi, I purchased goods using credit card while travelling in Japan and the merchant charged me incorrectly twice. They processed refunds for these two transactions. It happened on Sunday last week. Now it is already a week but I haven't seen the refund get into my bank accounts. Could you please advice how long it takes to for the refund to come in and if not what should I do? I have refund receipt for both transactions.

Hi @ErinNg, thanks for your enquiry. Generally a refund from a merchant can take anywhere between 3 - 10 business days to arrive back into your account, as this would depend on the merchant's processing times. If you still have not received the funds within this time frame, you can contact the merchant to discuss this with them directly, or you can choose to complete a Transaction Dispute Form for a refund not received.
