i'm in overseas since the end of November and I've noticed to fail the pay credit card payment and I found you charge late fee for that. I've never pay late the fee and I'm very regular customer of bank west. Can you please redeem the late fee and I won't be late again. Thanks.

Certainly, if you have access to a computer you can log into online banking and live chat with us or send a BankMail message to us. Alternatively once you return home you can give us a quick call on 13 17 19 to discuss this.

i can't find out any live chat from my screen and when I come back to Australia my penalty will be double and I will be bad credit customer. Please give me good answer. I just want to redeem the penalty $25.

I understand and if you're wanting to discuss this online you can send us a BankMail message via online banking on a computer. If you're not able to do this we would need to speak with you via phone.
