I'm living in Italy from one year, and I need to close my australian account and move my money from there to Italy.
My bank already asked with a letter 3 months ago to close the account and send money to them, and my bank gets the successful delivery of the message.
I also cannot log in with my pan\password on my online banking.
What I have to do to close the account without call overthere?

Hi @ritapazzaglini, to close an account we would need the request to come from the account holder and not another bank. It would be best to speak with us over the phone so we can set up online banking or give you the account information you'll need to arrange an International Money Transfer.
