The 3rd tickbox seems to apply to the situation you're in.
Hopefully you're able to get a refund via chargeback with BankWest. Otherwise you might need to speak to the Administrators of the company to be registered as an unsecured creditor. Here's some general info on Administration on the ASIC website.
