Claim money back from company gone into administation?

I have purchased accommodation from a travel website which has since gone into administration, the company has taken the full amount from my bankwest hero account which they are now not able to refund, am I able to claim this money back through bankwest?

I'd recommend filling out this form -> http://www.bankwest.com.au/help/personal/products-services/disputing-transactions

 

The 3rd tickbox seems to apply to the situation you're in.

 

Hopefully you're able to get a refund via chargeback with BankWest.  Otherwise you might need to speak to the Administrators of the company to be registered as an unsecured creditor.  Here's some general info on Administration on the ASIC website.
