This isn't something I've personally seen - so I've done a bit of investigating for you and found the below on the Qantas website, under the "Which card can I link to 'My Card Offers'?" page:
"To verify your card, Mastercard® will hold pending a small authorisation amount (under AU$1) in your account for up to 7 days."
At a guess, I would say that this is what's happened - though as we can't view your account via the Forum you can check this with our Contact Centre if you'd like some piece of mind. They're available 24/7 by calling 13 17 19, or by logging into your Online Banking and selecting "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC.
